• Capital Facilitation

  With your authorization, we share relevant application information with third-party funding providers that independently evaluate Merchant Cash Advance requests. Inventory, equipment, payroll, expansion, and other business operating needs are possible uses of those proceeds. We do not offer consumer financial products.

• No Guarantee of Approval or Funding

  Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee approval or funding. The funding provider determines whether to make an offer, the amount, the total cost, payment arrangements, fees, and any credit inquiry the provider requires.

All services, materials, and inquiries offered by Business Blum are intended solely for bona fide commercial and business purposes. Our platform and services are explicitly not designed or offered for personal, family, consumer, or household credit purposes. By using this Platform, you represent, warrant, and certify that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence).
• You are a duly authorized representative, officer, or owner of a legitimate business entity with the legal capacity to act on behalf of and bind that entity.
• Any financing, funding, or capital inquiries submitted will be utilized strictly for commercial operations, equipment acquisition, inventory, payroll, or business growth.

BusinessBlum receives inquiries through direct website submissions, advertising, independent marketing affiliates, referral partners, and third-party business lead providers. We may purchase business leads and compensate partners for referrals.

A referral or purchased lead may provide us with business contact information. It does not, by itself, establish permission to send SMS messages.

BusinessBlum requires a separate, affirmative opt-in specifically identifying BusinessBlum before enrolling a contact in its SMS program. We do not treat purchased contact information or a referral partner’s general marketing permissions as BusinessBlum SMS consent.

Marketing affiliates and referral partners cannot guarantee approval, promise funding terms, or make funding decisions on BusinessBlum’s behalf.

When interacting with the Website or submitting data, you agree to and represent the following:

• Accuracy of Information

  You represent and warrant that all corporate records, financial numbers, revenue figures, EIN documentation, contact details, and ownership records provided are accurate, current, and complete.

• Authorization to Review Records

  You expressly authorize Business Blum and its designated network of funding providers to review, process, and evaluate your submitted financial documentation (including bank statements, tax filings, and profit-and-loss statements) so those providers can evaluate your commercial funding request. This authorization is separate from permission to send marketing texts.

• Credit Inquiries

  If you proceed with a formal offer from a funding provider, that provider may require a credit inquiry in accordance with its own agreement. Business Blum does not decide approval, pricing, or contractual terms.

Business Blum Inc offers optional SMS/MMS communications for business funding applicants and interested business owners.

Business Blum Inc messages are limited to business-to-business Merchant Cash Advance facilitation for commercial purposes. We do not offer consumer financial products. This section describes those limits. It is not a guarantee of carrier approval.

• Commercial messaging only

  Business Blum does not offer, promote, match, or transmit SMS regarding consumer financial products. Our platform is restricted to verified B2B commercial funding facilitation.

• No SMS from purchased or referred contacts without consent

  BusinessBlum may receive business inquiries from advertising, marketing affiliates, referral partners, and purchased business leads. Those sources do not authorize text messages. We do not send SMS to a purchased or referred contact unless that contact has given BusinessBlum its own affirmative opt-in. We do not text purchased contacts merely to ask for consent.

• Carrier-prohibited categories barred

  We do not provide, solicit, or message regarding programs prohibited by carrier messaging policies. SMS content is limited to optional application updates and, if separately opted in, Business Blum commercial service information.

• Zero Tolerance for SHAFT & Controlled Substances

  We strictly prohibit any content, promotions, or interactions involving SHAFT categories (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco, including vape, e-cigarettes, CBD, cannabis, and all controlled substances) across any part of our platform or SMS communications.

• Deceptive Marketing & Fast-Cash Schemes Prohibited

  Deceptive marketing schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM), work-from-home fast cash opportunities, fraudulent sweepstakes, and pyramid promotions are strictly barred from the Platform.

The Website, its entire contents, software architecture, text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, matching algorithms, code, and documentation are proprietary to Business Blum or its licensors and are protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for legitimate business inquiries. You may not scrape, copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our materials without express written authorization.

You agree that you will not:

• Submit false, fraudulent, forged, or misleading business or financial information.
• Use automated scrapers, web spiders, bots, or extraction scripts without written consent.
• Circumvent, breach, or compromise any authentication, security, or network protocols of the Platform.
• Utilize our messaging channels or services to promote or transmit any content listed in Section 5.2 of the T-Mobile Code of Conduct or CTIA disallowed categories.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Business Blum, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (i) your violation of these Terms; (ii) any inaccurate or fraudulent business information submitted by you; or (iii) your infringement of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered in accordance with commercial dispute rules, or in the competent state or federal courts situated in Delaware.

We reserve the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms of Service at any time. When modifications occur, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued access to or use of the Website after such revisions constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms.
